Kyle founded Vegvisir in 2020 and leads all aspects of the firm. He brings over a decade of technology focused buyout and growth equity investment experience to Vegvisir. Currently, he serves on the board of AIIM, CiraSync, and Direct Logistics.
Prior to Vegvisir, Kyle was a Principal at Strattam Capital, a technology focused buyout firm with over $1B in AUM. Previously, Kyle worked at Vista Equity Partners, a leading $100B AUM enterprise software focused PE firm.
In his spare time, Kyle is an avid traveler and adventurer having visited over 65 countries. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their adopted Mexican street dog named Oso. Kyle supports and serves on the Leadership Council of the Andy Roddick Foundation, whose mission is to expand opportunities for young people to learn, thrive and succeed.
He holds a BS from Purdue University, where he played varsity baseball, and an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.

Chris joined Vegvisir as a Partner in 2021. He helps lead all aspects of the firm, and specializes in leading the firm's value creation initiatives. Currently, he serves on the board of AIIM, CiraSync, and Direct Logistics.
Prior to Vegvisir, Chris founded and was Chief Executive Officer of Doxim, a leading provider of critical customer communication management solutions for regulated industries. Under his leadership, Doxim grew into a nine figure revenue business, completed over 15 acquisitions, and executed 2 private equity transactions. Chris has over two decades of experience helping institutions with transformational change across go-to-market, product development, system integration, talent management, and M&A integration.
Chris enjoys spending time at his new cottage in Muskoka, ON with his wife and daughter.
He holds a BA in Administrative & Commercial Studies from Western University, where he played varsity water polo.
Senior Associate
Will joined Vegvisir as a Senior Associate in 2022. He is responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio monitoring. He currently serves as a board observer for AIIM, CiraSync, and Direct Logistics.
Prior to joining Vegvisir, he worked at Saltwater Capital, the family office of Ryan Graves (co-founder of Uber), where he evaluated and executed investments across software, internet, and media companies. He started his career at Lead Edge Capital, a leading technology focused growth equity investment firm with nearly $5B of AUM, where he sourced, evaluated, and executed investments in software and internet companies.
In his spare time, Will enjoys playing Padel and exploring Austin.
He holds a BS in Finance and a BA in Management from Georgetown University.
MBA Associate
Chris joined Vegvísir as an Associate in 2025, focusing on deal evaluation, execution, and value creation initiatives.
He brings extensive experience from startups and entrepreneurial ventures, notably founding and launching a vertical SaaS solution tailored for the tattoo industry, informed by his prior role as COO of an international tattoo chain managing six studios and over 60 artists. Chris also held strategic positions at several venture-backed technology companies, driving growth through innovation and market expansion.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys endurance sports, skiing, international travel, and spending time with his rescue dog, Maple.
Chris is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, where he serves as Vice President of Marketing & Operations for the Venture Fellows program and Vice President of the Graduate Entrepreneurship Society. He holds a BA from Yale University, where he played varsity rugby.
Product Advisor
Mark joined Vegvisir in 2023 as a Product Advisor. He is a product leader and advisor with deep experience building and scaling SaaS companies from the ground up. He supports Vegvisir portfolio companies across all phases of product strategy, go-to-market execution, pricing, and post-acquisition integration—especially for early-stage or pre-scale businesses navigating their next chapter.
With over a decade of product management experience, Mark brings a rare blend of technical, creative, and operational expertise. He has advised startups and growth-stage companies across multiple industries, with a strong track record in aligning product vision with business outcomes. His experience spans AI, UX design, business model development, and organizational scaling.
Before joining Vegvisir as an advisor, Mark founded and led a vertical SaaS startup and continues to advise early-stage teams working through product-market fit and go-to-market readiness.
He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and two young children. Outside of work, he enjoys thoughtful design, spending time in nature, and the occasional pursuit of the perfect espresso.
Operating Advisor
Kelley is a Chief Transformation Officer at ServiceNow, helping its customers drive digital and workforce transformations. She previously served as Head of Workforce Innovation Products at ServiceNow and was the Founder & CEO of Hitch Works Inc., an internal talent mobility and skills AI platform acquired by ServiceNow in June 2022.
Kelley brings more than 30 years of executive management experience, with 13 years as a Chief Human Resources Officer in technology. She serves on the board of Form Factor,Inc. (NASDAQ: FORM) and is Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Nominating and Governances Committee. She was the prior Chairman of Alearn where she led the merger and transition of Alearn into the Silicon Valley Education Foundation.
She is a leading voice and thought leader in the HR technology community, and Kelley is also a published author of two books—”Valley Girls: Lessons of Female Founders in the Silicon Valley and Beyond” and, co-author of "The Inside Gig: How Sharing Untapped Talent Across Boundaries Unleashes Organizational Capacity."
Kelley is a Forbes HR Council Member and Contributor, and a sought-after speaker on the topics of the future of work, the future of HR, and digital transformation. She was named one of the Most Influential Corporate Board Directors in 2019 by Women Inc. and received the YWCA’s Tribute to Women Award in 2020. Kelley is married and the mother of four children.
Operating Advisor
John has a 30+ year career distinguished by a consistent track record delivering financial growth, building profitable businesses, driving operational turnarounds and leading organizational change. He has extensive experience leading businesses in the mail, logistics and business services sectors. He founded Agility Global Advisors, a consulting firm focused on M&A and strategic planning. He served as Senior Vice President, General Manager Mailing Solutions with RR Donnelley Logistics where he was responsible for international distribution, domestic mailing services and acquisitions.
Prior to joining RR Donnelley, he was President of Pitney Bowes Mail Services Division, operating a distribution network of 40 processing centers with 4,200 employees and $650 million in revenue. Before Pitney Bowes, he had a successful career at the US Postal Service where he held senior officer positions such as Vice President Marketing, Vice President of Pricing and Business Development and Vice President Finance and Controller. He served as Chairman of the Board of ProLiteracy Worldwide, the largest adult literacy organization in the world, and has also served as a Board of Governor for MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
John holds a Masters of Science Degree from MIT and a Bachelors and MBA Degree from Pace University.

Michelle is a Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) with deep expertise in business transformation, technology modernization, cybersecurity, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. She is currently a Partner with Fortium Partners working with clients to align business strategy and technology effectiveness.
Previously, Michelle was CIO at Freeman, the global leader of live events, from 2016 – 2023. Her tenure marked a period of significant digital evolution and business transformation. She first joined Freeman in 2009 as Vice President of Corporate IT, later becoming the first CIO of a subsidiary business unit in 2012. Prior to Freeman, Michelle held business and technology leadership positions with FedEx Office, culminating in Managing Director, Strategic Operations, reporting to the CEO. Earlier in her career, Michelle was a Manager in Deloitte’s Enterprise Technology Practice.
Michelle is a member of the Private Directors Association and Vation Ventures Innovation Advisory Council. Previous board roles include Chair of InspireCIO, Dallas Chapter; and Advisory Board Member of both the Texas Christian University (TCU) Neeley School of Business, Information Systems, and the University of Texas at Dallas Naveen Jindal School of Management, Information Systems.
Michelle earned an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology at the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration at St. Ambrose University. There, she was captain of the Women’s Basketball team earning All-American Honorable Mention honors. She has been a Dallas InspireCIO ORBIE Global CIO of the Year Finalist three years in a row and a Women in Technology Honoree by the Dallas Business Journal.
CEO, AIIM
Patrick is the CEO of AIIM, a national leader in data-driven customer engagement and omni-channel marketing and business communications. Under his leadership, AIIM has executed a focused acquisition strategy—integrating 5 companies—to consolidate market share and expand capabilities across print, digital, workflow automation, and data management. These moves have positioned AIIM as one of the most comprehensive platforms in the Canadian communications industry.
Before joining AIIM, Patrick held senior leadership roles at Imperva, Dye & Durham Corporation, Wolters Kluwer, and Doxim. His industry experience spans technology, manufacturing, and SaaS software. He brings a versatile leadership style shaped by experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings, with a consistent focus on operational excellence, team alignment, and strategic growth.
Patrick has a proven track record of executing integrations, scaling operations, and driving measurable ROI. He is committed to building resilient, inclusive teams and positioning AIIM for continued expansion and long-term value creation in a fragmented market.
President, Direct Logistics
Dustin is the President of Direct Logistics, a leading provider of software-enabled third-party logistics solutions. He brings over two decades of sales and leadership experience in the mail, logistics, and technology sectors. In his current role at Direct Logistics, he oversees the company's strategic direction, operational execution, and continued investment in technology-driven logistics solutions.
Prior to joining Direct Logistics, Dustin served as Chief Commercial Leader of Enru Logistics, a leading third-party logistics provider. Prior to Enru, he was Senior Vice President of Sales at GardaWorld, a global security services company. In this role, he led sales strategies and operations, contributing to the company's growth and market presence.
CEO, CiraSync
Neil is the CEO of CiraSync, a leading SaaS software provider of enterprise contact management solutions for global enterrpises. He has spent his career in the technology ecosystem, founding 8 businesses since the mid-90s. His last exit, Nexonia, was an expense management SaaS software platform that he bootstrapped to $10mm+ of ARR before selling to K1 Investment Management in 2016. During his tenure at Nexonia, the business had a near perfect customer win-rate, 99% retention, and doubled each of the last five years he was CEO.
Neil has spent the last four years in and around the contact management world as founder and CEO of UpHabit, a mobile-first contact management software platform, making his experience an ideal fit for CiraSync. Neil’s expertise scaling B2B software businesses to maturity and ultimately to exit is invaluable as he professionalizes the team and operations at CiraSync.
