Vegvisir Capital derives its name from the “Vegvisir” (pronounced veg-vi-sir), an old Nordic sign meaning way finder.
In old Norse mythology, it is said “that if this sign is carried, then a person will never lose their way in storms or bad weather, even when the way is not known.”
This ethos forms the foundation of our value proposition to our partners.
Vegvisir Capital Partners is a performance-driven private equity firm backing capital-efficient B2B software and services companies at the tipping point of breakout growth. We take control positions in businesses with real traction, proven products, and untapped upside—then go to work scaling value through product innovation, market expansion, and the strategic application of AI and data to unlock new revenue streams.
